Designing Your Life Global helps individuals and organisations navigate life and work transitions using the life design methodology developed at Stanford University.

As AI, automation, and longevity reshape work and life, people need more than technical upskilling. They need the confidence and tools to navigate uncertainty, prototype possibilities, and design what comes next.
We are building a whole-of-life transition platform for Singapore — supporting people from early career to mid-career reinvention, late-career renewal, and purposeful longevity.
Through public programs, corporate partnerships, institutional collaborations, and a growing network of trained facilitators, we aim to make life design accessible to more people, while creating a playbook for other cities navigating the future of work.
Our ambition is to help build a creatively confident society where people flourish, adapt, and contribute in new ways.
The Designing Your Life methodology was created at Stanford University by Bill Burnett and Dave Evans, and has become one of the most popular courses at Stanford.
The approach applies design thinking principles to life and career decisions, helping people prototype possible futures instead of trying to analytically plan a single path. Today the life design movement has reached hundreds of thousands of people through books, university courses, and workshops around the world.
DYL Global is expanding this movement across Asia and beyond.
