Dane Tang is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach. She is also a Life Design Coach, Mentor, Executive Board Member, Management Consultant, and Speaker. Dane is an accomplished marketer and corporate leader with over 20 years of international experience with top-tier MNCs across Oil & Gas, Retail, Luxury Fashion, FMCG, Healthcare, and F&B industries. She is passionate about building brands and high-performance teams. Dane understands first-hand the challenges faced by professionals and is experienced working with leaders across diverse geographical and cultural backgrounds, helping them reach their full potential and be the best version of themselves. Joanne Koo

Joanne Koo believes each person holds the pen to script their unique story. An ICF PCC certified coach, she is dedicated to guiding professionals unearth their innate strengths, and aspirations,designing a meaningful and fulfilling narrative for their lives.

Joanne extends her impact as an adjunct lecturer in several Singapore based Universities, including Singapore Management University (SMU) imparting essential career management and transition skills.

With a career that began in the Singapore Foreign Service and moving to Korn/Ferry, a leading American executive search firm, Joanne has worked with diverse cultures adopting a global perspective. At her last role as head of MBA Career Services on INSEAD’s Asia campus, she collaborated with prominent corporate recruiters guiding MBA students to comprehend industry human capital needs and strategically position their strengths. In addition, she contributes to her alma mater, INSEAD, as an interviewer for potential MBA applicants, showcasing her dedication to nurturing future talent in the business world.

In her free time, Joanne enjoys tending to her rooftop garden and hosting uninvited guests like sunbirds, butterflies and bats.
