Organisation-Sponsored Participation
Organisations may sponsor employees to join scheduled open cohorts as part of leadership renewal, workforce transition, succession planning, or employee wellbeing initiatives.
This pathway allows participants to gain broader perspectives while learning alongside peers beyond their own organisation.

Sharon has been a life designer for most of her career before she came across the term! Since 2000, she has been building her work-life forward as a management consultant, drama teacher, chemical engineer, project manager, singer-storyteller, corporate trainer and consultant, people developer, facilitator-coach and now professional actor. Sharon is both practitioner of DYL and enthusiastic guide to people who are willing and eager to design their own lives towards more joy and flourishing. Her other interests include cooking, feasting, hosting, street food hunting, and supporting social enterprises with her amazing husband. She still gets to sleep occasionally. Really.
